CLEVELAND, OHIO, Jan. 30, 2024 – Kaufman Container Company, a valued Barnes Wendling CPAs client since 1988, presented us with its Partnership in Excellence Award.
The company, headquartered in Cleveland, was founded in 1910. It operates as a packaging supplier and distributor, and offers screen printing, labeling and design services for a variety of industries.
The award was presented on Jan. 24, 2024, at the company’s headquarters.
“On behalf of the entire Kaufman Container team, it is an honor to present Barnes Wendling CPAs with our Partnership in Excellence Award,” says Kaufman Container Company President Sara Blankenship.
“Mike, Janine, Ryan, Mandi, and the entire crew are key partners, always working closely with us to help us see our potential as well as challenge us to be a better company. They have shown that they want Kaufman to succeed, offer suggestions, and be a sounding board for ideas,” she adds.
“Unless you are in the accounting department, you may not have had much contact with this company,” Blankenship shared with those in attendance, “But they have truly taken a personal interest in providing support, stability, and guidance during a lot of transitions over the years.”
“We are truly honored to receive this first-ever Partnership in Excellence Award from the people at Kaufman Container,” says Mike Pappas, CPA, CEPA, director at Barnes Wendling CPAs. “It’s been a great partnership for us too, working collaboratively to help them achieve their business and personal goals,” he adds.
The company also recognizes our firm’s service-oriented approach, continually identifying client strengths and weaknesses, to improve performance, value, and profitability.
