With over 40 years of experience helping privately-held business owners build and maintain their net worth, Mike works closely with clients to create strategic business plans and establish reporting and information systems to effectively measure areas to improve and achieve success. Mike believes if you can’t measure you can’t improve it.

His expertise spans many areas, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and service enterprises. In addition, he specializes in succession planning, benchmarking services, and operational management reporting and metrics. By working with a diverse group of clients, Mike offers a broad base of knowledge and provides a valuable perspective to his clients.
