CLEVELAND, OHIO, July 25, 2024 – Barnes Wendling CPAs has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer. Winners of the award were based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

A list of the 212 winners can be found in this article, and includes public and private companies, nonprofit and governmental organizations, broken into mega workplaces (1,000-plus employees), large workplaces (with 500 to 999 employees), mid-size (with 150 to 499 employees) and small (149 employees and fewer).

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

Companies across the region were invited to have their employees take the survey. Any organization with at least 35 employees in the region could participate.
