       2009 Report to Clients

Client Testimonials    About Us    Directions To Offices

We would like to thank our clients for taking the time to share their service experience with us. Now in its tenth year, our survey has helped us keep score with how we've done during the past year. Great service is not a destination. It's an ever evolving ideal that is constantly reshaped by our clients. Thank you for guiding us in the right direction. We may stumble every now and then, but you sure keep us on track.

Ranked second in importance is our technical expertise. During 2008, members of our professional team expanded their body-of-knowledge with more than 2300 hours worth of certified professional education. These hours were in many different areas ranging from tax and audit to business valuation and fraud prevention. Our profession requires that we keep up-to-date and current with changes and new developments. More importantly, our clients need us to remain current with increasingly complex accounting and tax issues to help them maximize every dollar. this is why Barnes Wendling is so committed to furthering the knowledge and expertise of our professionals. More than ever, the economic climate necessitates it .

Because great service is defined solely by our clients, we modified the survey to make room for a new section to clarify what is most important to you. The new section asked respondents to rank six service qualities and characteristics in order of importance. The vote was nearly unanimous- "Willingness and time to provide personal attention" stood out as the most important in nearly every survey returned.

Here's how the rest fell, in order of importance

Our firm realizes that we need to be as proactive as possible with clients especially when there is a slowdown in the economy.

We encourage our clients to draw on our diverse experience with many businesses to help them through this challenging time. Now may be the time to consider working on your business in ways you might not have considered before. We earn the title trusted adviser by how we perform in tough times as well as when things are going well.
