is the director in charge of our Sheffield Village office. Don has
over thirty-seven years experience working with clients on their business tax
and financial planning. His clients represent a diversified
spectrum of the business community, ranging from manufacturing,
construction, distribution, service, and not-for-profit organizations.
His services involve developing comprehensive strategies related to
all aspects of building and maintaining our clients' net worth -
business development, retirement, investment, succession, and estate
planning. Over twenty years ago, Don initiated the firm's business
valuation specialty, and he currently leads Barnes Wendling
Valuation Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Barnes Wendling CPAs,
Inc. He specializes in consulting on business valuations for
estate and gift tax planning, succession planning, business
acquisitions and sales, litigation support, and ESOPs.
