Robert G. Zunich, CPA, ABV is a director in Barnes Wendling's accounting and assurance services department. He has spent more than twenty years serving as a trusted business advisor to closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He has a broad base of experience in business and accounting consultation, attest services, and corporate taxation. His experience prior to joining the firm in 2001, was with a local accounting firm and two international firms; Arthur Andersen & Co. and Coopers and Lybrand. His employment with local, regional and international firms has given Rob much insight into professional services. Rob is often asked by his clients to serve in the capacity of outsourced CFO. Donald F. Zwilling, CPA, ABV is the director in charge of our Sheffield Village office. Don has been at Barnes Wendling CPAs, Inc. since 1967 and has worked with clients on their business, tax and financial planning. His clients represent a diversified spectrum of the business community, ranging from manufacturing, construction, distribution, service, and not-for-profit organizations. His services involve developing comprehensive strategies related to all aspects of building and maintaining our clients' net worth - business development, retirement, investment, succession, and estate planning. In the early 1980s, Don initiated the firm's business valuation specialty, and he currently leads Barnes Wendling Valuation Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Barnes Wendling CPAs, Inc. Matt's areas of concentration include the valuation of privately owned operating companies, intangible assets and stock options as well as financial market and industry research, financial modeling, and company specific financial performance analysis.
